  • Members of the Credit and Debt family of companies.
  • Your creditor(s).
  • Credit and Debt’s bank or financial institution.
  • Other parties that may assist us in providing services to you or that may help us with our business operations.
  • Other parties with your consent or by your direction.

 

We may also share your information with law enforcement officials, government officials, or other third parties when (1) we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal process; (2) we are required to comply with the law; and/or (3) we suspected illegal activity, or to investigate a violation of your Engagement Agreement.  For the purpose of marketing analysis, we may use portions of your information for internal statistical reporting on our client base.  This type of analysis would not reveal any information that would identify you personally.

We maintain the highest standards of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information.  In all cases, we will make a reasonable effort to limit the collection of information to that which is required in order to deliver quality service to you.  Credit and Debt will not sell or market your non-public personal information to third parties without your consent and will not share information about you with non-affiliates (companies outside the Credit and Debt family of companies) except as otherwise set forth herein or as permitted by law.
