To differentiate online purchases, going through an e-commerce shopping cart, it may likely be that affiliates and vendors may submit an application, and or, Users may pay a setup fee or engage in a service, and purchasing digital products are known as product purchases.

Our policy offers a full refund on set-up fees – within 3 business days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

For all product purchases and digital products there is no refunds after we send you your product. If there are glitches, or things that cannot get repaired and you are unable to fully use the products, then we are open to discuss a partial credit, and or full credit, that is not cash but can be used for you to purchase other products.

Creditcrb.com and our payment process, submits the refund(s) immediately when applicable, and makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution typically takes less than 3 days, but in some rare instances can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to office@creditcrb.com
  2. Please provide the order number of the purchase that you want refunded, along with your email address used for purchase, and your name.
  3. Optional: Please inform us of the refund reason so we can continually improve our service and offers.

You will be sent a response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account. Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process.
